A fresh Hexic challenge
More than ten years after the release of the original Hexic game, a remake of the classic tile-matching puzzle has been made available for all Windows 8.1 users.
The new version comes with a minimalistic interface but, it manages to provide similar hard to solve levels that will prove to be a challenge even for the more experienced players.
In Hexic you have to rotate and match the colors on hexagonal pieces to clear them from the play area and score points. Matching more than three hexes of the same color will turn one piece into a special kind of hex that if activated will give various bonuses.
The goal of the game is to clear all the dark fragments and reach the target score before you run out of moves. To achieve that, you will also be able to use various boosters which may help you overcome various obstacles and solve every level.
A mind bending puzzle game
Hexic is a very challenging game that comes with 100 mind-bending puzzles, which will also require a bit of luck besides carefully planning your next move. Of course, using the multitude of boosts and assists available will help you quite a lot but, as soon as you ran out, you will need to purchase more from the in-game store using real money.
